Honestly this likely won't help, but trying odd things like this in troubleshooting can sometimes get you an answer. Just to be sure, try plugging the keyboard into another USB port (USB3), or an entirely different PC.Of course, this will erase any changes you've made in the software. Just click the Default button at the bottom.
